Creating Fillable PDF Forms

Imagine filling-out a form in Word document where lines move whenever you type. Hassle right!? Now, I'm sharing a trick that will make your life a lot easier (especially if your job requires you to fill-out forms like mailing forms, library forms even filling out Leave forms in Word format).

What you need:
Adobe Acrobat 7 Professional (or the latest). I use Acrobat 8.

Steps: (Just Briefly)
1. Convert your file to PDF. (I know that Miicrosoft 2007 has a built-in feature to convert Word to Pdfs. If you don't have, there are free softwares on the web like : convert.neevia.com/ or www.freepdfconvert.com/. I prefer the former.)
2. Once your document in in PDF click Forms then Create New Form. (this is for Acrobat 8).
3. Create a fillable form through the Wizard or you may do it yourself. You'll surely find your way around how you want your form to look like through trial and error. There's a Preview tab where you can easily test your form, spot errors and areas needed changing.
4. SAVE!

There's also a tutorial HERE.

I guarantee fillable PDF forms will save you time.

Till then...

Convert PDF to Word!

Converting Word to PDF is a known possibility to me but PDF to Word? Never thought that was possible. Until recently...

I'm raving about this new FREE software that I found out on the net. Just recently I badly needed to convert a PDF (read-only) to a Word (editable) document. And an idea to "Google it!" came to me. So I did and amazingly, there are a number of softwares that offer quick and easy conversion of PDFs to Word Docs. I have 273-pages file that needed converting. I tried several and was unsatisfied. Giving-up is out of the question so I tried downloading a software that promises to do what I require. Voila! It did. All 273 pages of them. Now... this is the part where I'm going to reveal that software. You can download it form here : www. free- pdf- to- word- converter. com
